Term and Conditions for Justice Graphics


PAYMENT:  50% of the total payment is required to begin printing. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa). If 50% of the total payment due is not paid upfront, there will be a delay in printing which in turn will cause a delay in turn around time. We offer a convenient web payment page to make paying invoices easy for our customers.

TURNAROUND TIME: Typical turnaround time is 10 to 15 business days from the time 50% of the total amount due is collected.  If the design is created by Justice Graphics the turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days for the completion of the artwork.  Once final proof is approved by the customer and 50% of the total amount due then production will begin.  This turnaround time is 10 to 15 business days.  All design work will be approved via email with an electronic signature or in person.  No production will begin until signatures are received. Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround please see below for more details.

HOLIDAYS: These holidays are not working days for us so please consider this in regards to turnaround time and rush charges.

RUSH ORDERS: We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed sooner than 10 business days and we strive to fulfill those orders. If an order is being shipped, then the rush charges apply to our production time only. The amount of time it takes the carrier to get the order to you is not guaranteed by Justice Graphics.  Rush orders require payment in full to begin printing. We cannot guarantee that we will accommodate all rush orders.

OUT OF STOCKS: It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.

ESTIMATES: Estimates expire in 15 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of submitted artwork. Prices may be revised at the time of invoice based on actual prints.


ART AND PREPARATORY MATERIALS: Art must be complete and to final print size. Art, separations, films, screens, and other items supplied by Justice Graphics remain the property of Justice Graphics. See our artwork specifications page.

BEST PRINT METHOD: We will always choose what we think is the best print method for your job unless you specify otherwise.

COLORS: You cannot trust the colors in our mockup to be true when viewed on a monitor or printed page. Using a current Pantone book is the best way to accurately communicate color with us. If you are sensitive about the print color then please verify against a Pantone swatch. We cannot be held responsible for a color verified against the visual mockup only.

MISTAKES: In the event that we make a mistake printing your shirts and determine that it was our fault, then we will reprint these garments for you at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds.

SHIPPING: Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. We ship USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Justice Graphics cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATION: In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order (Have the items been ordered? Have any of the items been printed? Etc.) and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges.

REFUNDS: Since all jobs are custom jobs, the Customer shall be responsible for proofreading all the typesetting and layout of the artwork to be printed. Only after Customer's approval shall the job be printed. Justice Graphics will not be responsible for re-printing jobs that have been proofed and approved. Any item that has been proofed and approved will only be corrected at Customer's expense.
